Deposit Terms:
A deposit of $700.00 is required to receive an online access bidder’s badge, payable in cash (in person) or credit card online. If the deposit is paid online, an additional non-refundable convenience fee of $20 will be charged to the customer’s credit card account utilized for payment. The name on the bank account or credit card utilized to make the deposit must match the bidder name and driver’s license used to register for a bidder badge. This deposit serves as consideration for the contract and to hold a vehicle that the customer has successfully won the bid and agreed to purchase pending full payment. If the customer purchases multiple vehicles the $700 deposit will be applied to the first vehicle. If the customer does not purchase a vehicle, your refund will automatically be issued to your credit card used to make the deposit the following business day after the auction. Please allow 3-4 business days for the $700 refund to be issued to your account before contacting us. At the customer’s request, we can keep the deposit on their account for future auctions, or until the customer requests a refund as long as there are no outstanding charges on the customer’s account. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A DEPOSIT ON FILE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN ACCESS CODE!!
