Anyone Can Buy a Vehicle with Us!
The Lehigh Valley Auto Auction Saturday Sale is a public sale, meaning that the general public (those that are not dealers) can buy and sell at our facility. We are unique in that only a handful of Auto Auctions allow for the public to attend. We offer the full range of services that are normally reserved for dealers, to the public.

Vehicle Viewing Begins at 9:30 am Saturday
The Sale begins at 10:30 am Saturday
In most cases Public buyers can take the vehicle the same day.
Check In
Upon arrival, visit the office to purchase your membership and receive your daily bidding badge.
Public buyers must pay $40 annual membership fee. A Membership and is valid one year from the purchase date. (This only needs to be bought once, It can be used at any time while it is valid) Please ensure that the person whose name the vehicle is going under is the one who is purchasing the membership.
ALL BIDDERS must have their own membership (not a “Guest” badge). Each time you attend an auction; wear your bidders badge in a visible place.
A $700 deposit will be collected before entrance to the auction. This deposit will be applied to the first vehicle you purchase. Any additional vehicles after the first purchase will require an additional $700 deposit. If no vehicle is purchased at auction simply stop back in the office and your $700 deposit will be refunded in full.
Vehicle Inspection Period
Vehicle inspection starts at 9:30am on auction day. Inspect vehicles before the auction. Bids should be based on your own evaluation. Any repairs needed for “AS-IS” vehicles are the buyer’s responsibility. Vehicles for auction will have a window sticker showing you when that specific vehicle is running in the auction. Example if a sticker says S-30, this will be the 30th vehicle to run in the auction for that day.
Bidding
Vehicles are driven through our facility and bidding occurs indoors.
The auctioneer will lead the sale and take bids as they arise.
Pay attention to announcements and the Light System. Ensure the Auctioneer sees your bid, as the lanes can get crowded.
Verify vehicle details (model, mileage, transmission type) before placing your bid. If unsure, stop the Auctioneer and ask. Once you win the bid, the vehicle is yours.
Winning the Bid
The last bidder, subject to Seller’s approval, is the purchaser and must pay for the vehicle.
Please only bid if you intend to buy the vehicle. Sellers are not obligated to accept a bid lower than their asking price.
Post Bid Process
After winning, proceed to the Auction block clerk to sign the agreement and receive your copy. Make sure all details are correct before signing. If there’s a dispute, contact the Arbitrator before signing.
The balance must be paid for in full by 2:00PM the next business day. Late payments (after 2:00PM) incur a $100 late fee per day. Failure to pay by 3:00PM on the second business day results in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the sale. All deposits are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Accepted: Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, money orders, Bank Checks
A 5% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Personal checks, credit card checks, and starter checks are NOT accepted
Vehicles cannot be removed from the facility until paid for in full.
All DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Title Transfer and Registration
Please be prepared by bringing your driver’s license, current insurance ID card (with your name on it), registration card, and license plate (if transferring plates), and method of payment for your purchases.
Tax will be collected at LVAA for PA residents.
ALL title transfers must be done at LVAA.
If the vehicle is “Title Delay”, temporary tags cannot be issued, and the vehicle must remain on the lot until the title is received. Title Delay policy does not start until the bid price and buyer's fee are paid in full.
Test Drives
Check in with the office after winning the bid on a vehicle to see if your vehicle qualifies for a test drive.
